By placing an order online with Katanaxsword the customer verifies that they are over 18 years of age and are aware of all local, state and federal laws regarding the possession or carrying of the products they are ordering. Katanaxsword shall be held blameless for any infraction of laws by the purchaser.

Customers are responsible for compliance with their governmental regulations. 

General Orders
We work to process international orders in 3-7 business days, however, please note that your orders may take around 10-20 business days. In addition, please note that international orders typically will process through customs specific to its destination. Every Country has different customs and your item may be held up for varying degrees of time. Please contact your local shipping service if you believe that your item is being held up in customs.

If you cannot pay, please contact us via email. Your final shipping cost may vary depending on courier requests. Katanaxsword is not able to intervene or change these costs.

You, as the customer, are responsible for paying ALL customs and import fees, including your local taxes. Please check your domestic law before making any purchase at Katanaxsword. Importing swords, whether edged or not, might be restricted or prohibited in some countries. If you are not sure about your local law, please ask your local authority such as the police department or customs office. 

We will not be responsible if the custom seizes the item you purchased. You are the one to make sure that your purchased item is allowed to import. 
 
WRONG SHIPPING INFORMATION 
We are not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to a customer error. 
We make our shipping labels based on the information a customer provides. If you accidentally enter an incorrect or incomplete address and you are bound to inform us immediately (within 24 hours of your order). 

YOU WILL HAVE TO COVER THE COST OF RESENDING THE SHIPMENT TO YOU. 
 
IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS MARKED AS β€œDELIVERED” BUT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE IT β€“ UPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as β€œdelivered” prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day. 

We encourage you to contact your local UPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the UPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day’s delivery. UPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.

Katanaxsword does not warrant that a person or company may legally sell, purchase, possess, or carry any and all items offered according to federal, state, or local laws. These items include, but are not limited to pocket knives, switchblades, knuckle knives, items having concealed blades, and double edged blades.  We feel it is extremely important to comply with guidelines established by state laws. By purchasing any item from Katanaxsword, the buyer warrants that he is in compliance with all federal, local, and state laws and is legally able to purchase these items. 

Knives can be dangerous if improperly handled. Keep away from children. We strongly recommend that items purchased from Katanaxsword should not be sold to minors without parental permission.
