Return and Refund Policy

For some reason you are not completely satisfied with an item(s) you have ordered from Katanaxsword.com when the item(s) is damaged/defective, you may return it (within 30 calendar days after your tracking number has been marked as "delivered") for a return, replacement, or refund.


To help us process your return, replacement, or refund request, we may ask for photos or other documentary evidence as proof, so we can best diagnose the problem and work on a solution for you.


If your return, exchange or refund request is approved, we will process your refund request within 24 hours. Returns after the stated deadline may incur a 30% restocking fee.


The item must be returned in NEW condition, unused, and with the entire original package and accessories, manuals, etc. or we may charge a 30% restocking fee.


We will cover all expenses including product fees and shipping fees if confirmed due to manufacturing problems or our errors, otherwise, the buyer should be responsible for return shipping fees, and we do not refund the shipping fee for the package that we shipped to you, it is $30.


To cancel an order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing the order. If we have processed and shipped your order, we cannot cancel your order. If you contact us after shipping, we will not be able to recall the order. You will need to wait until you receive the package before returning it. If we do not process your order, we may cancel it at your request.


If we approve a refund, the money will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

To change the delivery address, please contact us within 8 hours of placing the order, if your order has not been shipped, we can change the address for you for free, otherwise, once we have processed your order, a $25 fee will be charged for changing the address Fees (go to the footer of the website to find the change Address, after purchasing this link, contact customer service to send the new address information of the order number to the customer service), after the modification is successful, the logistics order number will be updated in the background.

If you have found an issue in quality or craftsmanship with our product, please contact us immediately. Products that have been subject to abuse are not eligible under this guarantee. Products on our site are described as accurately as possible, but occasional slight variations in measurements, color, or design may occur. Any remedy for an unintentional error in the description, pricing, or availability is at our discretion.
